Place the PowerXSwing™ on the ground and pull the rod up to about a 45 degree angle. Step onto it with your foot, so the pad on the rod is firm against the shin. Now step over with your opposite leg and adjust the rod up or down until it fits behind your knee. Take your stance with hips and knees parallel to the target.
